Applicable Situations & Time Limits
Eligible Situations:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Products with manufacturing defects or damages during shipping.
Items delivered in error (wrong size, wrong product, etc.)
Time Limits for Returns & Refunds:
- Standard Items : Returns are accepted within 30 daysof receiving the product.
- Defective or Damaged Items : Must be reported within 7 daysof receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items : Opened or used bedding products, pillowcases, mattresses, custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).
Fees & Shipping Costs
Return Fees :
No handling fees will be charged for returns.Shipping Costs :
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other reasons (e.g., personal preference), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Times
Return Processing :Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeframes :
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, depending on the bank’s policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order。
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:
- Pillowcases
- Mattresses
- Bedding sets
- Any other intimate or personal use items
Steps to Apply for Returns & Refunds
