Applicable Situations & Time Limits

  • Eligible Situations:

      • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
      • Products with manufacturing defects or damages during shipping.

    Items delivered in error (wrong size, wrong product, etc.)

  • Time Limits for Returns & Refunds:

      • Standard Items : Returns are accepted within 30 daysof receiving the product.
      • Defective or Damaged Items : Must be reported within 7 daysof receipt.
      • Non-Returnable Items : Opened or used bedding products, pillowcases, mattresses, custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).

Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Return Fees :
    No handling fees will be charged for returns.

  • Shipping Costs :

    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For all other reasons (e.g., personal preference), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Times

  • Return Processing Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Timeframes :

    •  Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, depending on the bank’s policy.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order。


Non-returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

    • Pillowcases
    • Mattresses
    • Bedding sets
    • Any other intimate or personal use items

Steps to Apply for Returns & Refunds

    • Item(s) to be returned
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
  • Receive Return Authorization :
    Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed return instructions.


Return Address

  • Important Note:

    • Do not send the product back to the original shipping address.
    • The return address will be provided via email upon approval of your return request.
  • You can track the progress of your order by entering your order number and related information, ensuring you stay updated with the latest shipping status.
